By accessing or using UniSavings, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be able to form a binding agreement where you live, and users under 13 may not create an account.
UniSavings organizes discount information from businesses, universities, public sources, internal review processes, and community submissions. A verification label describes the evidence found; it is not a promise that a business will honor an offer.
Prices, eligibility rules, locations, expiration dates, inventory, and participation can change without notice. Confirm the current terms directly with the business before traveling, purchasing, or sharing personal information.
You are responsible for providing accurate account information, protecting your login credentials, and activity performed through your account. Notify UniSavings if you believe your account has been accessed without permission.
UniSavings may restrict or suspend accounts used for spam, manipulation, impersonation, harassment, fraud, unauthorized access, or other conduct that harms the service or its users.
Only submit information you reasonably believe is accurate and that you have permission to share. Do not submit private personal information, confidential material, misleading claims, or content that infringes another person’s rights.
You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant UniSavings a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, review, edit for clarity, display, reproduce, and use that content as needed to operate and promote the service. You may report a listing for review, but a report does not guarantee removal.
You may not interfere with the service, attempt to bypass security or access controls, scrape the service at an unreasonable rate, submit malware, create fraudulent engagement, manipulate votes, collect other users’ information, or use UniSavings in violation of applicable law.
UniSavings is not the seller of the listed products or services and is not responsible for a business’s acts, omissions, safety, quality, refunds, or eligibility decisions. External websites are controlled by their respective operators and may have separate terms and privacy practices.
Physical availability near campus, helpful votes, saves, distance, verification evidence, and freshness may influence how listings are ordered. Online-only offers may appear below nearby physical offers. These signals reflect community activity and system rules; they are not professional advice, endorsements, or guarantees of value.
UniSavings may add, change, pause, archive, or remove features and listings. The service may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance, provider outages, security issues, or other operational reasons. UniSavings does not promise uninterrupted availability.
UniSavings is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, UniSavings disclaims implied warranties and is not responsible for losses caused by reliance on outdated or inaccurate listing information, a third-party business, or an external website.
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that cannot legally be excluded. You remain responsible for deciding whether an offer is appropriate and confirming its terms before use.
